Renting you can actually trust.
No fake listings. No ghosting. Every home is verified and sorted by how well it fits you, so the right place is easier to find and a single tap away.
Let's be honest
Finding a place in New Brunswick has gotten really hard.
You scroll for hours. You message ten “landlords.” Five never reply. Two want a deposit before you've even seen the place. One turns out not to own it at all. You're left with just two real options to choose from. We built NestEazy because we lived this and decided it did not have to be this way.

Built different
We rebuilt renting from the ground up.
We rent in New Brunswick too, and we were tired of the same handful of problems. So we fixed them. Slide through, chapter by chapter.
A verified community
Everyone here verifies who they are before they can message you, and every home is checked before it goes live. The person is real. So is the place. That is how we keep this a community you can trust.
Your NestScore finds the fit
Every listing gets a fit score out of 100, based on what you tell us matters to you. Your budget, your neighbourhood, the way you like to live. The best matches rise to the top, so you can stop scrolling and start packing.
Shared living or your own space
Want roommates? Or a place that is all yours? Tap once to switch between Shared Living and Entire Place. You will only ever see what fits how you want to live.
Slide through the deck. Scroll over it, drag, or use the arrows.
And it meets you wherever you are in life.
Maybe it is your first apartment. Maybe a room near campus. Maybe a fresh start in a new country, or splitting rent with someone you actually like.
Your first place
Your name is finally going on a lease. Every landlord is ID-verified and every listing is checked, so your first place is a real one. No scams. No nasty surprises.
A room near campus, fast
Find roommates near UNB, STU, NBCC, and Université de Moncton who match how you actually live. Move-in dates line up with the semester, not against it.
New to Canada
No Canadian credit yet? You can still rent here. We never ask for your SIN, and every listing is checked before it reaches you. Your first weeks in a new country should feel safe.
The right roommates
We match you on what actually matters: sleep schedule, tidiness, noise, budget, even pets and hobbies. The right roommate makes a place feel like home. The wrong one makes it a long year.

Why we built this
Two renters who'd simply had enough.
Before NestEazy, we were two newcomers in Fredericton refreshing the same broken listings as everyone else. The dodgy deposits. The “is this real?” gut-checks. The roommate gambles. We got tired of telling friends to just be careful out there.
So we built the platform we wish we had. Every person on it is real, and the right home actually finds you. Renting feels less like a risk and more like a relief. We answer our own emails and read every piece of feedback. This is personal.
