This is the form you use after you move out to ask Service New Brunswick to return your security deposit to you.

The rule in New Brunswick
The deposit is held by the Office, not the landlord. You apply for it after you move out and give a forwarding address.
The landlord has seven days after the tenancy ends to file a claim against the deposit. If there is no valid claim, it comes back to you. Interest on the deposit does not go to the tenant in New Brunswick.
